A Jewish Tour of the Detroit Institute of Arts

Join JHSM for a 90-minute walking tour that focuses on Jewish connections among the DIA's collections. As you encounter Jewish artists, subjects, and history, you will experience the art in a new and meaningful way. Some examples include: Jewish-owned art once confiscated by the Nazis, Hebrew writing on paintings, important artworks by Jewish women, and Torah stories. This is a tour you will remember.

These tours are sponsored and organized by JHSM and conducted by experienced guides. JHSM is an independent organization and is not affiliated with the DIA.

Once registered, you will receive an email the week before the tour with specific details for the event including parking options, meeting place, etc.
