Your gift of membership ensures that our work will continue so that our children and grandchildren will be able to share the stories of their ancestors with their own children.

 As a member of the Jewish Historical Society of Michigan, you support our mission to chronicle and celebrate the story of Michigan’s Jewish community through our publications, lectures, tours and special events.  Your membership includes a copy of Michigan Jewish History, our annual journal, advance notice of special events and tours, and discounted fees.

Your support is vital to the JHSM mission “to educate, celebrate and promote awareness of the contributions of the Jews of Michigan to our state, our nation and the world.”

Membership

  • The Heritage Council Endowment Fund sustains the work and the future for the Jewish Historical Society of Michigan. Members of our HCEF become lifetime members and receive special invitations to HCEF Member only events. Donations to the HCEF are cumulative.
  • Our award-winning Settlers to Citizens Youth Tours are offered to religious school students at no charge. This program is supported by grants and donors. We thank you for your support. Please accept this additional donation to support Settlers to Citizens Youth Tours
